Companies House identity verification costs £50 + VAT per director and is carried out by us as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider under the ECCTA rules.

Turnaround
We complete this work in 2 days of working time. The clock starts when we have your records, not when you pay. Before that we need identity verification, a signed engagement letter and, where you are switching, professional clearance from your previous accountant.
What triggers a re-quote
If any of these apply, we tell you before starting and quote the difference. You can accept it, or take a full refund.
- Documents that cannot be verified electronically and need certified copies
- Politically exposed persons or sanctions matches requiring enhanced due diligence
- More than ten directors in a single order
