Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you sign up to a Medical.Accountants package or buy a one-off service online. Medical.Accountants is a trading style of ACCOTAX London Limited.
Scope of work
We carry out the services listed in your package or order. Anything outside that scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
Fees and payment
Monthly packages are billed in advance by Direct Debit or card. One-off services are paid at checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless stated, and government fees are shown separately.
Your responsibilities
You provide complete and accurate records, NHS pension statements and payslips on time, and tell us promptly about changes to your income, posts or practice arrangements.
Cancelling
You can end a monthly package with one month's notice. Work already started on a one-off service is charged for the part completed.
Data protection
We handle your personal and financial information under UK GDPR and only share it with HMRC, Companies House, NHS Pensions or others where your work requires it.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell your named accountant first. If it isn't resolved, write to us and we will respond within 14 days.
